CORE Rider is an acronym for Centered, Organized, Responsive, Effective riding.
Through this method, riders learn how to use aids in a clearer, more organized and effective manner, thus developing a responsive, balanced horse.
The method assists in learning a clearer sense of awareness of one’s own movements and use of self. In the process, the method promotes ease of movement, coordination and flexibility. At the heart of the CORE Rider method is teaching oneself a greater awareness of his/her own movement.

"I thought it was amazing to see and feel the huge difference that minor adjustments in the rider’s posture could make in the horse’s movement. Glenda even helped me to have a “eureka” moment regarding my leg position, which I’ve really been struggling with. Many, many, thanks to you, Glenda!"
