CORE March 12th schedule
Check out the United States Eventing Association, Inc. (USEA) page to see their latest article featuring Glenda and one of the sale horses, PL Incomparable Diamond!
Congrats to Louisa Woodville with PL Lucky Empress for their 12th place finish in the Novice Rider-B division at the Sporting Days Farm II Horse Trials (Aiken, SC) this past weekend!
Up next in our check back with working students is Traci!
What is your most favorite memory from Playland?: “Definitely would have to say accompanying Glenda to all of her lessons and clinics; especially the Heather Mason clinic. Being able to see all of those upper-level horses working on movements where you usually only see the finished product, was so interesting. I definitely learned a lot by just getting to watch your lesson.”
We are so glad that Traci was able to experience what goes into some of the upper-level riding and movements by going to clinics and lessons with Glenda!
We are currently interviewing/accepting working students, so we thought that it could be fun to check back with previous working students to see how they are and talk a little bit with them. First up is Hailey!

PL Jazzy Contessa
2004 14h Arab pony mare. Contessa has been competing at the Beginner Novice level with a young rider. She is particularly well-suited for a young rider that is ready to get a little more serious about their skills and learning to ride. She is quiet and easy to handle both on the ground and under saddle- yet she will make her riders work for it just enough to teach riders how to be effective in the tack without breaking their confidence. She is being offered for on on-farm 1/2 lease only. $250/month for 12 rides (3 riders per week) and one free hauling off the property per month.
PL Irish Queen
2000 15.1h IDSH mare. Queenie is a been-there-done-that kind of mount. She is perfectly suited for the beginner rider or timid rider to gain confidence under saddle. She has competed through the Novice level of eventing and even schools some Training-level cross-country obstacles. She is being offered for an on-farm 1/2 lease only. $250/month for 12 rides (3 riders per week) and one free hauling off the property per month.
